Owner/Founder

I started YurTek Heating & Cooling in 2018 with a simple mission: to build a company that truly takes care of people—both customers and employees—with honesty, quality, and pride. I wanted to create something lasting, a business I could pass down, where hard work is valued and everyone is treated and paid fairly.

From day one, my goal has been to build YurTek as the opposite of today’s “disposable” culture. We believe in doing things the right way: giving honest advice, explaining the “why,” and always putting people before profit. At the end of the day, my goal is simple—turn every customer into a customer for life.

Day to day, I stay closely involved with the team—improving processes, managing projects, and jumping in wherever I’m needed, from estimates to installations. What drives me most is seeing it all come together: the phone ringing, the work done right, and customers who are genuinely happy with our service.

Outside of work, I love being near the water, riding my electric bike, or hanging out with my golden retriever, Buddy. Before starting YurTek, I worked for four different HVAC companies and learned from each one—the good and the bad—which helped shape the kind of business I’d be proud to lead and proud to work for.

Rose Capada

Marketing Assistant

Rose is the Marketing Assistant at YurTek Heating & Cooling, bringing strong video and photo editing skills to our team. A Six Sigma White Belt–certified professional, she enjoys blending creative work with helping grow our brand and sharing our story with customers.

When she’s not working on content, Rose loves spending time with her dogs—Matcha, a golden retriever, and Coffee, a Shih Tzu—or planning her next travel adventure.

Fun fact: She has a quirky love for the smell of gasoline and jokingly calls it her “favorite cologne.”

Office Manager

Carl is the Office Manager at YurTek Heating & Cooling, bringing a friendly, dependable approach to every customer interaction. He focuses on excellent customer service and makes sure visits are coordinated smoothly from start to finish.

He enjoys making customers happy over the phone and ensuring their needs are met quickly and efficiently. Outside of work, Carl likes playing computer games and spending time with his American Bully, Jordan.

Fun fact: Even though he’s a huge hockey fan, he doesn’t actually know how to skate or play—but he loves the game anyway.

Lead Technician

Mason is the Lead Technician at YurTek Heating & Cooling. He specializes in troubleshooting and pinpointing the root cause of system issues. As an EPA Universal–certified technician, he’s known for his problem-solving skills and ability to get systems back up and running efficiently.

He finds a lot of satisfaction in solving tough problems and seeing customers happy with the results. Outside of work, Mason enjoys fixing and restoring motorcycles and hanging out with his German Shepherd–Chihuahua mix, Lucky.

Fun fact: He’s extremely handy and can fix just about anything—from motors to electronics and everything in between.
